Avengers: Endgame produced by Kevin Feige

After the devastating events of Avengers: Infinity War, the universe has been ravaged and the surviving members of the Avengers attempt to gather their allies and reverse the destruction caused by Thanos with the means of time travel. They all must tread carefully, when any changes in the past doesn’t affect their time but creates alternate realities.

Their mission begins with interactions with past friends and foes from previous adventures while trying to collect all the infinity stones before anyone catches on. Many call-backs are made to the original avengers, Captain America’s beginning and Thor’s deceased family. By wielding time travel, the Avengers are able to return to their future and finally reverse everything they had dealt with.

The time travel utilized in this film is unlike any other, as it shows changing the past not having an immense consequence to timelines, only that it could possibly create alternate realities less desirable. By returning the infinity stones in the epilogue, supposedly fix any timeline changes they may have made, but in the future, I am hoping they explore some of the consequences that will arise such as Loki escaping with the Tesseract and Captain America staying in the past.
